It takes another level of discipline to enter MMA and proceed with it--not taking anything from WWE wrestlers who train and condition their body for scripted television shows, but MMA is a different ball game. take a look at CM Punk or better yet established boxers like James Toney, who was already used to taking hits for a living, get smashed in the UFC. The point is, not everyone's built to endure MMA beatdowns. If some pro boxers can't make it to MMA, what makes you think a professional wrestler that does scripted acts is gonna do great in there? WWE wrestlers aren't used to getting a beatdown each time they step into the ring, only dedicated wrestlers have pulled through in MMA like Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley, for example. Brock establishing an MMA academy for wwe superstars would feel like a waste

Alberto was actually pretty impressive at the very beginning, I was surprised he pulled off that takedown even though Tito reversed position very quickly- if not on the way down.
Not a lot of people realize how impressive just getting the takedown really is, especially on someone like Tito. Like Tito makes up for his lack of common sense for cage smarts and getting a takedown on him is virtually impossible.

Due to a controversial restart. I respect him as one of the pioneers that helped grow the UFC. He was a good wrestler and had an underated ground game.
