Hello folks & welcome to my newest part of my channel, home brewing beer U.K. style.
I am new to home brew but though I would give it a try & will be doing various kits, unboxing new equipment, sanitizing & bottleing. So all aspects of home brewing.

Most of the ciders that I have brewed have been good to after only 2 weeks in the bottle. My tip for getting great carbonation is to leave it at fermentation temperatures for a good week at least and mine have cleared also in this time. Happy slurping 😉

Don't forget the magic marker, for the caps, i was in my bottling area today, and it's so easy just to look at the top to see what it is. Happy Days.

I always use different coloured caps, cheap enough to buy so have a few of each always on hand

Recently made a magnum pear and couldn't keep my hands off it, lovely brew for the summer...

We!l done but the worst part will be waiting for the month to pass to start drinking it. I usually cave in after a week!

I wan't to drink them but have to hold back for that first drink and it's allways around the one month mark...Still want to drink them though..lol

I used two tins for 23ltrs lovely medium sweet full of apple taste flavour non cloudy bottled in 10 days added sugar cubes 2per 500ml bottle after 2weeks tried one wow fizzy and clear

DDoubleTap just on with Cooper's European beer/lager have used Cooper's enhancer 3 smells lovely like driving past a brewery only made it 2hrs ago so loads of time yet
