Hi. Glad it was of use, sadly my project stopped for personal reasons. So I won't be making any more videos for the time being. I hope you manage to get your gearbox sorted.
Had the same issues getting it on i used a big zip tie and a plastic shim between the syncro and the gear if the synchronizer moves towards the 1st gear the pill 💊 will pop up just enough to stop you from getting the synchronizer gear on once on i removed the zippy strap it made life easy put each spring and ball under the strap individually then slide gear on the wedge between the first and reverse synchronizer will keep it steady enough the pill moves up and down as the synchronizer slides
