I agree, I have natural tightly coiled hair (what some call 4c) and I tend to have it braided (I do it myself, so edges are not subjected to 'Croydon facelift' effect! I spritz my hair daily with a mixture of water and 'organic roots stimulator elastic-i-tea leave in conditioner with green tea' and then I follow up every other day with 'taliah waajid protective mist bodifier', these seems to help retain my length and my hair appears thicker....however, when I have my hair out of braids, I am at
