So I have to get my engineer degree in mechanical then get a fluid power certification but which certification? There’s mobile hydraulic specialist and automation and few others. So what comes first?

I have a sign in registration. I did my research. I work for a company that is sponsored by IFPS and my boss is sigma 6 BlackBelt but they won’t pay for my certification, I have to pay myself and if I don’t pass I’ll lose $350. And a raise. So I’m thinking I’ll just go through a different company who will pay at least half or just find a new profession. Do you have a discount for ppl who are worker on hydraulic pumps or going through college to further their career or look for new opportunities?
