Thanks for your comment! We understand the importance of respecting intellectual property rights, and we'd like to clarify the situation. At Gambody, we prioritize copyright protection and ensure that our marketplace operates within legal boundaries. We facilitate access to STL files used by 3D printing enthusiasts for personal projects. These files are created and uploaded by talented contributing 3D artists who retain copyright ownership. Our platform serves as a community hub for 3D printing fans to share their work, and while inspired by modern media culture, the designs are original creations of the artists. The resulting digital STL files are stored and made available for 3D printing exclusively for personal use. It's important to understand that all STL files of 3D models are sold under Regular Permission, which is carefully regulated for each customer in our marketplace. You can find more information about this permission type on our support page: gambody.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000238491-Regular-Permission-for-3D-Printing-Personal-Use. The intellectual property rights of the 3D artists extend to the result of their work - the STL files - and not to the characters or objects themselves. Therefore, the intellectual property sold on our platform relates to the 3D artists' creations in the form of STL files optimized for 3D printing. Our Legal Team is actively addressing any cases of illegal distribution of Gambody's STL files and working to block them. If you see any instances of this, please report them to us via Facebook messages or email at support@gambody.com. This will allow our Legal Team to gather the information necessary to take further action. Let us know if you have any questions.
