ugh... was just on the verge of upgrading an old computer today when this happened. Might be the harddrive itself since newer cords do not seem to be doing anything. What horrible timing if that's the case!
EDIT: Huh... my bios does show either drive...? Well that might be the place to start!
DOUBLE EDIT: Well... not sure why, but it's not detecting/connecting the HDD... I plugged in a CD drive into the same connections and the system recognized it. Does that mean the HDD is failing? Maybe I should see if another computer can detect it...

No meu caso. Quando acesso a BIOS, mostra o SSD onde está instalado o sistema e de onde deve iniciar. Mas ainda persiste esse erro.

@@lucxsfrz Sim, eu retirei o HD e instalei o sistema operacional só no SSD. Ficou bom. Acho que o Windows instalou uma parte do sistema no HD pra fazer recuperação e backup. E como HD tava com defeito deu esse erro.
