watched this videos several times over years, still incredible. even working hands on with Ivan, its hard to see how fluid he is unless you watch and watch and watch
I wonder why it is that those that practice sport style kettlebells tend to have more muscle mass on average than those that utilize hard style? Is it because of higher reps, or what?
3 things come to mind Volume- sport is doing this for as many reps as possible. They therefore train to do as many reps as they can. More reps = more muscle Frequency - doing this professionally they train more often, they have to. More often and with consistency = more muscle Steroids - sport will always be rampant with drug use. Drugs = bigger, stronger, more endurant muscles

Definitely one of the most impressive feats of strength I have ever seen (and I have seen a bunch)
I've just begun to seriously train in GS and cannot fathom this effort. This is truly amazing.
Anyone who has tried longcycle knows how beast a 5 second cadence is, let alone a 5 second cadence at 2x32kg...
Норматив КМС - за 5 минут, МС - за 6.5 минут, МСМК - за 7 минут 35 секунд. Это коротко об Иване Денисове.
Congratulations Ivan!
Будь Здаров❤️🔥 Жизненных Побед✊️✊️
He accelerated his pace! Haven't seen anything to compare outside of Gable or Karelin in wrestling.

because of the total tonnage. If you go hard style you cannot lift it for that long and in the end, more tonnage = more work so more muscle
