    I was wondering what type of writing or style of writing is nursing notes or what is the name of this type of writing so I can take a course or search it online to learn it because I noticed that in nursing note most of the time, for example, subject is missing in a sentence e.g. I if say I received patient sleeping in her bed in my morning shift, it would be " received patient sleeping". It is very short and concise because health care team wont have time to read a long writing. So, my question is where to learn this type of short and concise writing that would make sense?. thank you

      AA, it will depend on what your facility and nursing program require for your notes. Likely you will go through all of the different types, and be asked to utilize one or two types of them. Check in with your instructor!

    I have a question, I have a pt with acute myeloid leukaemia so of course the level of RBC will drop so there no way to get enough oxygen in the body , so when I write my nursing diagnosis it’s right to say
    “ impaired gas exchange related to anaemia AEB laboratory data show low RBC level “ ?

    • @NursingSOS
      @NursingSOS  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      infundibulum, that is a great question! It would work, but you will want to make sure that it the highest priority problem for the patient at the time. I hope that helps clarify it for you!
