Dan Vasc has incredible control over his singing. This guy's range is absolutely out of this world, insane, insane. First and foremost he is a metal rock singer. But he masters all musical genres from metal, rock, opera (Phantom of the Opera, Nessum Dorma), folk songs (Loch Lomond). There is an awful lot to discover. You won't be disappointed. And of course not to forget.... Amazing Grace.... rightly so, going viral right now. Dan Vasc is a master of his craft. ❤️
Dan uses 3 cameras recording him. He has his cameras, lights, and a black sheet in his garage to make his videos. He is a perfectionist and if it is not listed on his recording that it was done by someone else, he did it himself.
And he’s said that he chooses his favorite vocal take of the three and uses the entire recording to keep the live feeling. He does cut from the three visual takes, which sometimes leads to slight mismatches or funny continuity issues involving his hair. But uncut vocals and no lip-syncing.
