Love my Ultra skiff, trying to make that all in one fish finder and trans pvc mount. What's the length for the long piece that goes from the elbow down into the water that the trans mounts to?
Jesse, I'm really surprised I didn't mention that length. Since you don't have to glue then cap/ piece on the bottom I would actually just start with a 25" piece then eye it up and cut it one last time when your all done. When you finished obviously you want the end of that piece including the cap to be just below the water line, which is usually about 3" above the bottom of the hull.
I first bought those circle magnets at Ace Hardware. They still sell them. But if you have a skiff and you want a set of magnets just call us and we will send some out to you.
