    1) I would rather watch grammar videos on TH-cam than go to the coaching centres...
    2) I see the English related videos every day on TH-cam.. Rather I am going to learn English...
    3) I prefer watching English videos on TH-cam rather than going to the coaching centres.. OR
    Rather than going to the coaching centres I prefer watching videos on TH-cam....

    Sir i have a request to you.
    I m preparing for upsc examination but i finding difficult in understanding hindu editorial. One of your video related to editorial was very helpful which made me clear and the time taken to read that column also reduced. So i request behalf of civil service students to do a dedicated video for editorial alone on daily basis. Pls consider and do the need full.

      It is not possible to do on a daily basis. Actually, you can improve by reading again and again. If you want I will take one more lesson. UPSC needs dedication and hard work.

    Example - i would rather take rest at my pg in this Sunday (prefered action) than go to home(not prefered) .

      Already uploaded many videos. The "tips and tricks" are:
      1. Listen to English a lot.
      2. Read English.
      3. Every day you write something in English.
      4. Later you should try to speak.
      5. Don't ask for translation from Tamil to English.
      There is no other short cut way.

      Your usage of "rather" is correct. "I don't want to play chess" is a blunt refusal. But when you use "rather" it is polite and casual.

      "Letter" is: obeying law or rules exactly according to what is written.
      There is also a spirit behind law.; the reason why the law or rules are written. If one follows that also he is said to obey the spirit of the law also.
