These two are different and mean totally different things. Please see the following explanation. "I should have been" is what you consider as important. When you say this, you realise your mistake of not being there at 10 O' clock. Perhaps you say this after 10 O' clock. என் அபிப்பிராயம் என்ன வென்றால் , மொழிபெயர்த்து படிக்கக்கூடாது. இருந்தாலும் நான் நமது மக்கள் எளிமையாக புரிந்து கொள்வதற்ககாக மொழி பெயர்க்கிறேன். மொழிபெயர்ப்பது எனக்கும் கஷ்டமாகத்தான் இருக்கிறது.
