Friends since childhood (still waiting for pictures from their band era) and remain good enough friendship to work side by side daily. That’s huge! The company truck is a good idea, for reliability and fiscal reason. It takes those expenses from the employee (after income-tax) to the employer normal expense it essentially a raise without the additionnal income taxes. Also when you have the best employee, rétention is critical.

Although it may be a company truck, Branden can use it for business and personal needs and he won't have to pay for insurance, upgrades or repairs. Also, he can repair and keep his old truck or he can sell it. Pretty sweet deal!

I’m sitting here in tears and thinking that it’s so good to see great people like you two giving back to someone that has been such a huge help to you guys and Trent’s best friend! @@sprtpltstill though, not many folks get to drive a new company truck home every night, and I imagine there’s free gas too if it’s a company vehicle, I would imagine. As long as he has a job with them, he gets to drive this truck for free, no insurance, no payments. Nice.
