- Try out a COMPLETE AERIAL SILKS CLASS! Qizzup Silks Level 2 is for the advanced beginner aerialist who is ready to take their level 1 learnings from the ground up into the air! Just like at Fly Studios Kids Aerial Arts in Redondo Beach, the Qizzup online aerial program uses a class structure which includes: move time for warm up, stretch time, strength time for aerial conditioning, fly time to learn aerial silks tricks, and circle time to cool down and learn important life skills!

Try working on your inverted straddle in a knotted silk or an aerial hammock and as you progress, use your arms less and less to help strengthen your core. Check out this video for core work: th-cam.com/video/SehFt_actVQ/w-d-xo.html If you are in need of work on your arm strength, try doing pull ups on your silks, but assist yourself with a jump up and then slowly let yourself down to your mat.
