By not taxing Social Security, tips, and overtime, as well as extending the Trump tax cuts into the future. Hard real cuts on the table - none. This 'efficiency' committee has been done before, and it always finds almost no waste to cut. What needs to be cut is whole agencies, like energy, education, and EPA. With no spending cuts on the table, this thing will never be dealt with.

The debt should be retroactively reset. The Democrats in the 1930's misclassified taxes on employees as business expenses, so they set the mandated insurance and taxes above the line and ripped the businesses off. They overtaxed and suppressed the net income and destroyed the purchasing power of the country. Politicians grew the government at the expense of growing the country.
One countries debt is another person's retirement account. You might want to ask your parents where they get their stable retirement income, before you just Jubilee this sh!t.

The companies would purchase the prepaid taxes and the revenues from those sales would be applied to the national debt.
