@BIGWORM 510 Most of Johnny's employees at a "mid to high" level earn closer to six figures than $50,000. And many of his jewelers and other "management and marketing" employees - well into the 6 figures. He's not selfish, but he's also smart. You've got to weight throwing away a comfortable career that can support your entire family - and their future - or you can knock him off one time and maybe or maybe not go to prison. Just simply not worth if you pay your people right.

Vietnamese people are some of the smartest and hard working people i know. He seems a humble, disciplined and traditional minded vietnamese who created an insanely profitable niche market. he can pull money from those needy enough to identify with it. he created a next level status necessity like a car or a house. thats a lot of smartness and work! it makes me smile how vietnamese everything is decorated and fitted out but on another level! I would like to meet him one day
