honestly, for a half-proper wood style you should blacklist ice and water. "wood" is actually just wet icy wood with a small chance for actual wood maps.
This style really highlights to me what I hate about wet and icy wet wood: it's super inconsistent. The idea is cool with the physics, but it's such a randomly precise thing that it isn't rewarding or fun to learn.
Wiw is fairly consistent below 5th gear(below around 300 speed) once you understand how it works, that's why most of my maps are at very low speeds. Above seems to become more "random", but even then unless you're literally pushing the limits it's still fairly consistent. The reason it seems inconsistent is just the time spent on the style and that it's less intuitive to learn. Once you do learn, it's fairly easy to predict how the car will react.
