Rahmat! It's great to see a concise, entertaining and well made series about your delicious cuisine and to bring such positive media attention to Uyghur culture. You are doing wonderful work, God bless you.
Hi Aliya thank you so much for this recipe! I just made it for dinner and it was really delicious! Who knew that something so simple as cabbage, onion and dough could be so good? I found your channel a few days ago and it's my new favorite channel on TH-cam! I'm really interested in Uighur culture especially food and music and I really really want to learn the Uighur language! I live in Shanghai now and I go out to eat at Xinjiang restaurant all the time. Actually my father is American and my mother is Japanese so a lot of people there think I look like Uighur haha, and sometimes when I walk in the door they speak to me in Uighur. Please please please continue with your videos, they are so awesome! You are the best!
Yum! You are amazing! I can’t find any of these recipes anywhere! Can you make the uyghur style steamed buns with meat! Samsa? I think that’s what they are called and also the carrots kawa manta! Omg I can’t wait!
You mentioned at the start that you would make it with lamb these days. I assume a minced lamb with cumin, slat and white pepper. Would you cook that first and then add it with the cabbage and onion, or would you put it in raw and just let the steaming process cook it?
Clearly you don't understand that Lasagne is essentially a layered pasta dish. (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lasagne) You also seem to have some trouble "reading" the title of this video - "How to make UYGHUR Lasagne, Turmel,..." Let me break it down for you. The word "Uyghur" is used here as an adjective modifier of the noun, "Lasagne" thus implying a subset, or style, of layered paster, generally referred to as, Lasagne. Thus, the only attempt to mislead the audience, here, is your own, unfortunate, commentary.
