normally i do jump from video to video, burning fast-paced images into my poor brain, just to forget about those videos instantly. Your videos though are a brain massage, watching these 9 minutes felt like an hour of yoga / meditation. Best content since a very long time, thank you!

This is one of the most thoughtful and beautiful reviews I've ever seen. One gets the sense that this camera is truly a vehicle for your art, not the other way around. The atmosphere you create is really nice - warm, analog, and distinctly Los Angeles. Please keep making videos.

Your videos are just DRIPPING with unique style, this looks and feels very different from the typical tech-bro camera review. You prove that reviewers don't need to be Peter McKinnon to make high quality, effective and distinct content.

It's the first time I see someone on TH-cam making a review and showing good photos. Most of reviewers pretend beeing artists just because they own these retro cameras, but at the same time they show crap pictures of flowers or birds that could be easily taken by anyone with a phone. Your content is different mate. You make a great use of Your camera, that's the point. Good luck.

@@serr I think you're well on your way and it is debatable whether Art Center would offer more than an environment of fellow talented artists seeking to expand.
When I attended, there wasn't anywhere close to the resources available now. A lot of what we learned was technical. Now if I want to learn how to accomplish a specific task, like processing time laps in Adobe Premier Pro, there's several free TH-cam tutorials.
We did move back to Georgia after I graduated. I got a job as a director at a local TV station, then spent several years as a commercial/industrial photographer. Trends both in photography and with my local customer base, plus an unusual opportunity led me back to college where I earned a Computer Science degree. I've spent the last 30+ years in IT and as a happy amateur. A well paying career has allowed me to pursue my personal photography.
I'll retire soon and since tuition will be free, I'm thinking of going back and earning a Master's in Fine Art. I'm the only one in the family who doesn't have at least one graduate degree.

Gotta say, while the black borders of thos video are very subtle on the TH-cam app or in a browser, I happened to watch your video on a Frame TV with (faux) wood frame panels earlier and thaz looked SPECTACULAR.
