    This is a very good basic explanation. I did the Bates Method 30 years ago and regained my distance vision, which is now quite superior. I was interested in learning whether there were two different mechanisms for distance and near vision. My near vision has been declining, but now I see a possible solution.

    At what point is the pin hole used?

    • @drhardikmistry
      @drhardikmistry  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If refractive error is present than and only pinhole vision is improved. Pin hole vision = Macular vision. Thanks. Please keep sharing.
