Look on the bright side the show sparked off 3 seasons of video games with more artistic freedom then what the cartoons did! the cartoons never would have aloud somewhat racial comments however the games had them however done in a childish tone to know its a joke and meant nothing by them I'm kinda glad its not on tv anymore so it couldn't get criticized by people who think cartoons like this should be banned. I'm glad tell tale games took up the interactive side of sam and max.
If AS picked this up I'd hope it wouldn't change anything about how it's written, I'd hate to see gratuitous adult content ad language shoved into Sam and Max to make it fit in with the other programs.

One piece doesn't really do this much, at least not for full episodes. It tends to limit new footage by having super long recaps. One piece filler episodes tend to be obviously non-csnon episodes in feudal Japan but with one piece characters or super hero episodes with one piece characters. My hero academia totally does this though.

Whoa whoa wait! It's been long debated of their relationship. Did you catch that at 4:27? Max says "dad" not "my dad" or "your dad". That gives an indication that they both had the same parent. So one of them is adopted. Could they be brothers? They can still be a couple. It just interesting no one has ever caught or mentioned this.
I know that my parents will refer to the other’s parents as just “mom” or “dad” instead of saying “your mom” or “your dad,” so perhaps Sam and Max have a similar thing going on. Also, I picked up on the fact that both of them will typically not specify when talking about their side of the family- like Sam has said both Granny Ruth and my granny, and Max just says dad in the vice squad part (which I am assuming is his father since he didn’t say your dad and the goggles fit his weird shaped head LMAO). So I don’t really think that an adoption type relationship is implied, but hey that’s an interesting theory though 😂😂😂
Oh, another point is, my mum will call my dads mum (my Nan) mum. Her biological mum isn’t around anymore, and my Nan cares for my mum same as she cares for any of her children. Just a thing
