Hello friends! Thanks again for joining in. This is the longest scale model show video on my channel yet and while im sure not everyone will be able to sit throu all the photos, you might actually enjoy it as relaxing music for scale modelling session perhaps? :)
I took over 2000 photos during two days at scale model world 2023 out of which almost 1200 I incuded here. Some are not the best quality because I started to feel a bit tired and lost my focus, I got to say that this year I went more on quantity of the photos more than quality but it still took me 3 days of photo and video editing to put this all together.
It's not all.. the 2nd video from the show is coming in next few days and will be about 40 minutes long with models that entered competition at SMW 2023 so stay tuned!
Also I started editing the Airfix 1/48 Westland Sea king build video, aiming with this one for the end of next week.
All the photos of finished build are already on my patron but will share it on my sovcial media when video will be uploaded.

Thanks so much for including the model of the A7-E from VA-83 at 44:55. I spent a lot of time with these exact planes a long time ago both at Cecil Field and on the Forrestal. Brought a big smile.

As someone who is disabled and rarely leaves the house, this is the best model show video on TH-cam. I especially like all the aircraft as usually there is more armour nowadays, thank you very much & keep up the good work. 👍👊

I believe this is the fourth video of the Telford show I've watched, and they all featured beautiful models, but all of the presenters need to add captions or narration identifying what the viewer is seeing. We viewers are not all model experts.
Most modellers are also not experts on every single vehicle and model kit.
While I could perhaps identify most of the aircraft, I would not be able to tell which kit was this or that model made of in most cases. Armoured vehicles, tanks, cars, bikes, ships.. this is not my subject so I can only name a few and a lot of time I also didn't know what am i looking at. I just like watching others work.

Have you ever considered doing more predator related models? Ships, figures,dioramas?
Not for now. I really would like to focus more on aircraft builds. I enjoy this the most and my followers too.

I love models but I think this show would bore me. They are all consistently well-finished but all those aeroplanes and tanks must just blur into one after a while. 😢
Never been. Rather ironic that a lot of the models are military and the show takes place on Remembrance weekend when a lot of serving personnel and veterans like myself are otherwise engaged.
A full ceremony was held, in the morning we will remember them.
@@trevorsmith4881 never said it wasn't. point is that a lot of service people and veterans, (who actually operated the equipment) are engaged elsewhere.
