He’s right about the atmosphere at Elland Road. I took a German exchange student to a game and he was so overwhelmed that he said Leeds would be his second team after Bayern.

Leeds historically have been the most hated club in England but this new season there is a definate change in the air where it seems we are becoming a 2nd favourite of fans, not sure I like it lol. We are very comfortable being hated lol, even though thats from the 70s This is hopefully the beginning of a new generation of fans, the prem have never been as excited about Leeds promotion as any other clubs. Leeds will play a style of football not seen in the prem before and its very exciting to see how it goes. M.O.T marching on together

We are beautiful to watch now but Bielsa will need to stay a lot longer for it to become part of our DNA. But don’t assume that just because Bielsa only signs one year contracts he isn’t dedicated to the job. It’s simply a reaction to the endless disagreements he’s had throughout his career. Radz and co are intent on keeping Bielsa sweet.
Leeds is the 3rd biggest city in the country. Plus there aren't many other big teams in our side of Yorkshire. So Leeds has a lot of fans. One of the biggest clubs in the country.

We Leeds, we’re hated and we don’t care! That sums up the mentality Leeds. We’ve had years in the wilderness but now we’re back. We have a great owner, Redrizzani, who has set in motion a plan to restore our position back at the top table of English football.His five year plan to get back into the EPL was achieved in three once Bielsa decided to join the revolution. He bought back the training ground, the stadium and has won the respect and belief of the fans. The plan now is realistic, consolidate a position in the EPL over the next 2-3 years, update and enlarge the stadium and then hopefully push on to try to break into the top six. Exciting times ahead though for sure there will be some heartache along the way, it wouldn’t be Leeds if there wasn’t. Even though we’re the ‘new boys’ back in the EPL everyone will love it if they beat us, we’re still the scalp the other fans will want as a trophy.
We were unable to buy back Thorpe Arch (the training ground) and still lease it, when we move out it will no doubt be turned into a housing estate with houses costing over £1/2 as a starting price. That's why they are planning to build a new training complex on the old site of the Matthew Murray High School a few minutes walk from the ground. Bielsa will be closely involved in the design and building of that complex. There are also plans in place to increase the capacity of the stadium, initially up to 50,000 and depending on how much of a need there is to expand that again. While people talk of Leeds as been a one club city we also have a very strong Rugby League side (eight times Super League Champions in the past eighteen years and World Club Champions four times) and some people in Leeds are not interested in football but are avid Rugby League fans. So while it may seem there is a huge potential fan base in the city some of those people are more interested in a different sport. But unlike when we were the most feared club in Europe in the 1960's and early 1970's the people are much more into watching football than they were in playing it as the pub and club culture of the City has diminished. During the great Revie era the average gates at the club were in the thirty thousands and mid week games would attract as many as Saturday games. Because at that time Leeds had around twenty amateur leagues of twenty clubs each Saturday and the same on Sunday mornings. Historically the club has suffered with a series of terrible owners with our current owner Radrizzani, been the best since a guy called Harry Reynolds owned the club in the early 1960's. Harry was a scrap metal merchant (what we would call in those days a rag and bone man) who used to live local to the ground and would walk to the matches with fans when we were at home.

I've been a leeds fan my whole life. I live in Lancashire but my step dad supported leeds & he was born there. I've been through the ups & downs over the past 30 years and its great to see the team being run properly. Just to say well done, that was great content. Was great to see people engage in a proper conversation, and not have a half hearted one. Nice to see people knowing what they are talking about to give a good perspective on a team. Well done guys!

Hope you guys grow...it's a cool concept show. I'm an American and have been supporting Liverpool since about 2008 when I caught the EPL bug while living in Singapore among ex-pats. Leeds is a great club and I'm glad to see them back up. I think they'll stay up too. Another thing that makes LUFC special is that unlike the bigger cities of Liverpool, Manchester, and London, Leeds is a one-club city. If you live in Leeds and love football, you support LUFC.

A short story of mine..a few years ago I was walking along a beach in the Cape Verde island of boa vista imagine miles and miles of unspoiled beach no buildings no people just the sound of the sea and the sun in a clear blue sky. In the distance I see a tiny white spec on the horizon, as this white spec comes closer I realise it's a guy white a Leeds shirt on, I stopped and said I cant believe I havent seen anyone for miles and bump into a fellow leeds fan, he was from Norway

For anybody around the world who supports Leeds and wants to one day come over and watch a game. To get the full experience and passion try to get into the South stand. It's noisy, it's toxic and it's mad. Plus you'll lose your voice with all the singing. Similar vibe to probably the 'Black hole' in Oakland or the 'Dog pound' in Cleveland. Or if you want to just sit back take in the ambience and listen to the songs then either the East stand or West stand which is the side where the players entrance tunnel is located. For something in-between those two variants then the Kop or Don Revie stand will suffice. Then when you hear the song, been a Leeds fan, 'Marching on together' hairs will stand up on the back of your neck and send shivers down your spine.

Dirty leeds was given to them by opposition fans when their team tried to dish out the rough stuff but were met by equal force.. They didn't like that, so they called them dirty & dirty leeds rolls of the tongue so it stuck.. but we leeds fans embrace it, it gives us a siege mentality

For anybody around the world who supports Leeds and wants to one day come over and watch a game. To get the full experience and passion try to get into the South stand. It's noisy, it's toxic and it's mad. Plus you'll lose your voice with all the singing. Similar vibe to probably the 'Black hole' in Oakland or the 'Dog pound' in Cleveland.
Or if you want to just sit back take in the ambience and listen to the songs then either the East stand or West stand which is the side where the players entrance tunnel is located.
For something in-between those two variants then the Kop or Don Revie stand will suffice.
Then when you hear the song, been a Leeds fan, 'Marching on together' hairs will stand up on the back of your neck and send shivers down your spine.
We are back in the big time M.O.T here we go LEEDS.

@@TerraNova1967 I was there in the Revie era and lots of teams were dirty , it's just lthat leeds could either play you off the park or if teams wanted to play rough then leeds were good at that too.. Dirty leeds was given to them by opposition fans when their team tried to dish out the rough stuff but were met by equal force.. They didn't like that, so they called them dirty & dirty leeds rolls of the tongue so it stuck.. but we leeds fans embrace it, it gives us a siege mentality
