It looks like my MF-970 might be down for the count. The bottom roller shive that drives the pitman arm has a crack in it. Part is no longer available. At this point, my only hope is to get it off the roller and see if the local machine shop can rebuild it. Or, machine a new one. I don't have a local dealer for this hybine, and the dealer I talked to was not much help.
4 hours ago Did you try Maibach Tractor in Ohio.? They are a pretty big dealer and handle MF. Also wonder if there’s a salvage yard that has something.
They didn't have anything. They sent me to a salvage yard in Canada as a last-ditch effort. They didn't have anything either. We'll have to see what a machine shop can do.
Thank you very much Charlie, I enjoyed the cutting and tedding video with the awesome old Olivers
I'm glad you enjoyed it, Jan.
Excellent video - the Oliver’s look great and sound great…👍
Yeah, for old tractors they run pretty good! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for viewing and commenting.
Sure love seeing the Olivers out working! Thanks Charlie
Thanks, Russell. I sure enjoy using them. Glad you liked the video.
Thanks for the ride. Wow, that's too long to be in the 90s.
Well, that's the way this summer was. We had close to 30 days that were 90 degrees or above. It was a hot and dry one.
Good to see you again Charlie, I got a met growing. Some hay looks enjoyable. I love the smell of it too.
Good to hear from you, and I know exactly what you mean. Thanks for stopping by.
How bout them Steelers 3-0 baby!!! Let’s hope that defense stays strong. Oh sorry it’s a mowing video 🤦♂️ I couldn’t resist 😜
That's quite alright! 3-0 is awesome. Let's hope they extend that to 4-0 against the Colts!
👍👍
Thanks for stopping by and commenting, Tom.

I will try them. The dealer I was talking to was going to look at some salvage yards, but I never heard from him, and they will not return my calls.

@@TAHDAHFarm Well, it was worth a try. Maybe the machine shop can do something.🤞🤞🤞🤞🙏🙏🙏🙏
