Used to pick up a wonderful pig’s ear salad from a Chinese super market in Stockholm a couple of years ago. The crunchy cartilage is certainly an acquired taste but in the sichuan chili oil dressing which it came with, it really grew on you! :)

Hi there! ☺️Thanks so much for watching. Pig's ear salad certainly sounds like an interesting one, but I suppose we often see pieces of bacon on salads which is not too far off. The texture definitely takes a bit of getting used to, I have to admit.

Hi there! Oooh - pigs feet and chicken gizzards. It sounds like you'd be right at home here in Japan. Sometimes the weirdest-sounding foods actually taste the best. Thanks so much for watching.✨
