      This is true. I love his passion for the subject. For me, what I experience in Kriya meditation practice is sometimes very difficult to articulate initially. It takes hours, days, sometimes weeks to be able to put it into words, and explain it scientifically.
      In my initial years of doing Kriya, this would provide me a huge surge of creative energy, and I would become very preoccupied with how to explain the experience to people. However, now I realize that this is me trying to gain some sort of approval from people for my meditation. Now I approach it as a personal exploration of my mind and own physiology.

    In kriya Proper 1, the breath is to be pulled from Muladhar to Sahasrar from front / center of the spine or from back side of the spine or pulling breath from front & sending the breath from back down the spine from the back.
    Kindly guide me 🙏🏼

      Aum. There are both the techniques: moving breath back and front, also drawing in middle of spine. It depends on the state of practitioner. You can consult from whom you have learned.

    Why would you prefer moving to the top of your head and not medulla? As I understand Lahiri taught to medulla because it stirs up less negative effects from kundalini. Also, mouth open is taught by SRF and YSS which is strange why, because if you have done nose vs mouth it really feels better by nose. Mouth breathing is not efficient and throat and mouth dry.

    Guruji when I breathe from base of the spine to top then exhale , my mind and point of inhalation and exhalation also moving simultaneously or point of inhalation and exhalation in neck portion and mind is moving up and down?? Plz Guruji 👏🏻

      @@sandipanroy6669 Aum. Japa is repeating a sacred syllable or a set of syllabi to merge the mind with that. Srikrishna says, yajnanam japa yajnosmi. Patanjali said, tad japa tadartha bhavanam, referring to Japa of Om. Those mantras envisioned by our Rishis with a perticular level of frequency helps.

    Guruji what is the pathway of kriya pranayam. The electric current go towards fontanelle from muladhara
    But during exhalation some blocks remain.

    Aum. Is it necessary to keep your eyebrows raised during a Kriya Yoga sequence? It ruins my meditation, it's hard for me to concentrate and it hurts my head and neck.

      Aum. No, you don't have to raise your eyebrows during the sequence. It is done only in the practice of Sambhavi Mudra, even then there is a simple form. If your Guru has told you to do like that then discuss with him.
