Very nice. That flat washy ground without iron or quartz is the ground we often drive past and were walked over 130 years ago because there was no visible. Good research and good onya Mum. Enjoy your vids.

As a life long forager and treasure hunter I have to admit I would love to come to Australia and do this. Im a northerner and cant handle the heat, so i have to do it thru ppl like you .... thks for that
Have you tried those rechargeable neck fans to ease the heat? I have one and here in blazing hot Louisiana they do help some. Maybe you can rig up a USB fan to a power bank mounted in some way to blow on your face?
