REMOTE DOESN’T WORK. CHECKED BATTERIES, CHECKED POWER CABLES, DID THE PAIRINGS ETC… IN ORDER FOR THE REMOTE TO WORK; I HAVE TO UNPLUG AND RE-PLUG THE POWER CORD TWICE A DAY. NO PRODUCT SUPPORT TO TALK TO. AS AN OLD DISABLE PERSON, I HAVE TO DISMANTLE, RE-BOX, MOVE AND RETURN THE BRAND NEW 112 POUND CRAPPY ADJUSTABLE BED ON MY TIME AND EXPENSE BACK TO LUCID. IF THE LUCID CARS 🚘 PRODUCT SUPPORT OPERATES THE SAME WAY MEANING DOESN’T EXIST, I AM SUGGESTING; BUY A TESLA.
