My Haitian-Creole isn’t that great but this was amazing!! When I visit my mom I’ll ask her to make some and take notes 🗒️. I’d like to make these as appetizers for my events. Bon Bagay!
@Yuri User - you got that right. Making these take a lot of time and work. The preparation sometimes takes most of the day, depending on how many you're making. Most people don't know the hard work that's put towards a really good pâté and don't appreciate the art. It's a shame that some people want it for free.
Hi Marie. This is an awesome method of patte from scratch. I will try it one day. I always use the store bought puff pastry lol. Do you have a video of how you make the filling in detail? I would love to see it. Thanks! Merci anpil. Marie, ou gin minm non ak manman-m. Se tojou on plesi le-m ap gade video ou.
Can you try to make vegan patties using mushrooms? Like grind the mushroom and use that as the meat. I'm not too comfortable with using impossible meat
God bless you and your family in Jesus name. Be safe out there. Can you please make videos about Haitian remedies what kind to use for diabetes, BP, colds and for infants etc? Thank you.
Looks delicious. My mouth is watering. But when Marie said she heats up in the oven at 25 degrees - Did she mean 250? She has a strong Haitian accent so didn't get what she said when she shared how much to heat up the Patty?
