My mastermode vanilla terraria characters have 200 hours till moonlord
I feel that gaming has rotted our minds to say "only 200 hours"... I get that a normal vanilla playthrough can take easily +60h and feel like an eternity, but those hours are filled with different things to do, progression, content, fun memories. Abood's 200 hours are composed of doing the same thing over and over again till something good comes out of it - while in a normal playthrough you can tank some hits, heal along the fight, etc. and still take several attempts to defeat any given boss, here you take the L the moment any projectile touches you.
This is an endurance test that at some point may just as well felt like a torture. I even saying this is beyond impressive would undermine your achievement

Awesome!!! I have no words left. I'm curently doing my own infernum playthrough and it's so hard. But seeing you glide through the bosses like knife through butter made me feel that one day with sheer determination and strong willpower even I can face calamity infernum like you did.

I'm on my first playthrough of Infernum as well. I just beaten EoL with 39 attempts earlier and now currently at Lunatic Cultist. I'm planning to beat it using mage class only. So far, my experience have been smooth and no class change have been done, YET. I just hope it wouldn't force me to change my class later on the playthrough though 🤣

he is faking it in the brain of cthulu fight he got hit by the creepers, he is also using cheatsheet/hero'smod so he might have god mode on
@@Grey-Jumper-Kid The creepers in the BOC fight don't deal contact damage, they shoot projectiles, the projectiles are what deals damage.

Hey I’m definitely NOT as skilled as this guy but try playing summoner. This class forces you to adapt and hone your dodging skills. Before playing summoner, I couldn’t even beat expert mode vanilla. Now I’m low key tearing up Calamity Death Mode

i'm playing terraria mobile and seeing REALLY crazy challenges like these... really sets me off for my playthrough, since even i played terraria years ago, i'm still an absolute CASUAL on terraria.
considering i can't even beat on any bosses further from the corrupt bosses [Brain of Cuthulhu and eater of worlds], even on the classic or expert mode i believe, and considering i play any worlds with FTW on default.
but good job man, i hope this extreme achievement is really worth it for, i'm glad.

He only spawns if you use the rod in the layer below that!
infernum makes the first layer of the abyss pretty deep in so i guess it didnt count

This. This is it. This is the pinnacle of players. This video alone proves to me that my theory was correct. Nohitting is possible. And with this, I too shall bring my life to hell for the name of No hitting infernum. You had brought infernum to it's knees and forced it to beg for mercy, and one day, I wish to aswell.

I started my infernum playthrough not too long ago and im on Yharon now, you no hitting all of these bosses is insane bro. Edit i dont know if you had the same problem but Infernum dog was an absolute nightmare with those bullet hitboxes, i used UFO mount and would still get hit sometimes regardless of how good i was with my controls

Sick run. Quick question, how do you not lag during these boss fights will all the particles? I'm trying to run through infernum but it just gets laggy all the time (I have a fairly decent PC).
I don't really have an answer for that, my pc just runs it smoothly. You can always do a virus scan incase something is draining your resources.
some of the bossfights are not very well optimised, people have been complaining about lag even with high end pcs

Infernum is full of "hitbox" moments, but I ain't complaining, most of them are to the player's advantage. Rarely if ever is there something in Infernum with a bigger hitbox than its visible size.
What an AMAZING achievement. I myself can never imagine someone beating Infernum Nohit, what you did was beyond next level. Huge props to you!

Go to the playlist in the description, check any video, after every boss nohit I do a modlist check (for nohit verification purposes) you can copy the mods there.

He gets hit a lot. I fell like cheat sheet is involved. (The little arrow bottom middle)
theres a dash in calamity that some shield have that is called a ramming dash or smth like that, This type of dash allows you to pass through enemies or bosses, dealing damage to them and you not taking damage.
and also hes not using godmode, hes using a mod called nycro's nohit efficency mod that kills u if u get hit even with godmode, so no, hes totally legit, hes just too good.

As someone who wants to give Infernium a try, are said areas absolutely necessary for a casual playthrough of it, or can one settle for smaller ones?
You can settle for smaller ones for sure, if you just have better arena awarenes itll be okay. Most nohitters don't even use arenas this big.

Man i really wanna understand how my terraria always lags with calamity even tho my PC can run CoD Warzone, i always wanted to do calamity no hits, but with the 50 fps and the sudden lag spikes midway a fight, its impossible, congrats tho, this is a huge project and watching it is an amazing experience!
That's a little strange, I would think you'd be able to run it easily if you can run more intense games
