Dumping city trash was common practice from 1400 until 1950. They shipped it out by boat or cart. 👍

A great video showing the true insight of what metal detecting is usually like. Not finding gold and loads of silver every time. In saying that, that barrel tap you found was really cool, nice to see you have a collection of them now.
As for the competitions I have found one medieval coin before. A Henry the 7th half groat in the England. That medieval coin you have looks like something I would never find in the UK and I’d love to add it to my current singular coin collection 😂.
As for the Roman coin, your previous giveaways has spurred me onto collecting Roman coins and I would love another. You found 7 copper coins and 1 silver!

As always I really like your videos very much, especially because you show the finds before and after cleaning them by identifying them and giving them a date.

I would also like to win the broken coin because the Middle Ages is my favorite historical period because, here in Italy, it was the period in which cities like Florence and Bologna became very important. Furthermore, I have never found a coin so old and so beautiful.
