I dab at concept art but my coordination for using a computer mouse to compose images is not as good as it use to be. Can I use a digital tablet and interface it with Photoshop PS?

Yeah you can. At the start of the video you can see Darren using a Wacom intuos 3 XL ( I think) tablet to draw with. He is demonstrating his brushes and the program he uses is Photoshop. I hope that helps
