This is just a thank you. I no longer am able to make it up into the San Juan’s. You gave me a marvelous trip! I am looking forward to seeing your next video.
Incredibly beautiful footage! Did the ouray loop in 2003 but no off road trails, what I missed was gorgeous! And really appreciated hearing the history of ouray
I've had an awesome summer vicariously traveling with you Richie!😁❤ trails I may never see in real life but thankful for your channel and efforts to share with all of us🙏
Thank you Richie for bringing us along on another breathtaking example of God's beautiful creation! This Ky girl loves seeing the mountains out West! Continued prayers for safe travels.😊💖
Richie i've followed you for years this is the first time commenting. You have open my eyes to a lot of different things i want to thank you for what you have done for. My our LORD JESUS continue to bless you in ALL you say and do may your path be smooth. Love ya lots of bunches.
I absolutely LOVE your channel Richie! I've always loved your content in all your channels. I especially loved seeing you, brother Dayz of Noah and brother Nicholson the other day. All together!!!! Terrific! Love you Richie! Thank you for all you do! Thank you for sharing God's beautiful world in this crappy time. Absolutely stunning footage!! I love waterfalls!!
Richie words don't describe how awesome the footage you get!!! Especially all your hard work putting all the footage all together for us to watch!!! Thanks for all hard work doing it!! May the Lord always keep you safe no matter where you travel!!!😀
Thank you for taking us along one of the most emotional rides ever!!!! Going through the treed area and loving the spectacular waterfalls, I thought how wonderful if we had “smell~vision” of the fresh rain on the rocks and trees!! The quickly the terrain changes to barren beauty of it’s own. Thank you for the footage under the front bumper ~ appreciate the grit and heights !
As a person who lived in Colorado from '89 to '98, I really miss those mountains and the small towns to be found there. Your video skills are impressive. Love the scenery.
Brother, you're totally right about off-road etiquette. You have more off-road etiquette then most Colorado people and you're not from colorado! Well done sir bravo
You Crack me up... on one hand you won't enter Private Property because there are "No Trespassing" signs up & you don't want to be "That Guy" who gets a trail closed because you didn't follow the Rules. Then you admit you know there is NO Camping along Imogene but yet still point out all the places you've camped along the trail while stating: "I do it... everyone does it". Bullshit, not everyone camps in a NO Camping area. There are many of us who respect the land & the rules the various Counties have to protect our Public Lands in their area. It's crap like this that will get the trails closed. Bravo... simply Bravo!
Exactly...and he bitches and whines more then any one. Not everything is sunshine, lollipops and rainbows when you're on the trail and he tends to overexaggerate the situations. I live in Montrose Colorado so I get to go on these trails often and love it, but when I see folks like him who seems to be unhinged, I'm always concerned they may be "That Guy" that gets the trail closed down.
Beautiful scenery and wise advice for keeping drivers safe while off-roading. Don’t think I’ll ever get to drive Imogene, so I’m grateful to experience the trip through you. Thank you. Looking forward to your next video installment.

I fell in love with that beautiful town of Ouray after seeing a picture of it from a high elevation during winter in the evening. You taught me the rest. And now you have shown me. Wow, my brother. Thank you. Flat, hot Florida is just terrible in comparison. I hope to make it one day, if the creek don't rise and the good Lord is willing. I tell you what, you have earned my respect and admiration. Although I know that all belongs to God and his only begotten Son Jesus. Keep going, and please keep sharing. I know you don't care about earning anyone's respect and admiration but I can't easily put the words together to express my gratitude. As always, God bless you and may Jesus be always at your side!

Once again brother....I can't thank you enough for the videos, I have a lifelong friend who is currently living outside Hotchkiss, Col. and I have spent time in Ouray and never got the chance..."yet" ...to do imogene pass! I'm in high hope that sometime in future I will be able to take my son, my daughter in law and my grandson on such an adventure...Blessed.
I ran Imogene again this year for the second time. I live in Colorado and we run lots of 13,000 foot trails. We checked out several of the cool areas in this great video and they were Awesome. Thanks so much for the great advice and excellent video !! 🙏
Thank you for sharing your experience with me, and yes, stupidity in such remote place would rattle my cage. Hopefully someday my wife and I will run into you on the trail, be safe and God bless.
I just want to thank you for doing this. My wife and I haven't been able to go on our honeymoon for a year and are planning on doing a month-long overlanding trip from Oklahoma, through the Alpine Loop, to Yellowstone, then down to the grand canyon and back. Hi Richie, thanks for taking us along for a truly beautiful trail excursion. I'm so glad you're enjoying what time we have out doing what you love. The stars at night are incredible out there aren't they? They make you realize how small "this" really is. Oh my gosh Richie. You are somerthing else. I love this type of video. And, I love your spirit of adventure and seeing how wonderfully capable you are in your quest. What a guy! Thank you!
Hey Richie I'm 57 yrs old ,haven't been able to ride my dirt bikes for about 2 yrs now. I miss being in, and seeing Gods country .BIG time. Thank you for sharing. P.S. edict on the dirt bike trails is lacking as well ,sadly. Keep on Keeping on!
I’m local to the area. Imogene is my favorite trail by far. GIVE IT RESPECT! It’s technical in spots, it’s only open in summer which is monsoon season. That means sudden storms that can be frightening and dangerous. Uphill has the right of way, but don’t fight over it. If gets crowded, and often with a lot of first timers that haven’t a clue how to operate a 4x4 vehicle in that terrain. Last year was one of the wettest we’ve had in years and it continued on through the winter. For 2023, Imogene won’t open until late June at the earliest . Always remember, Tread lightly!
Can't be grateful enough for all these amazing rides you share with us Richie. I'm not able to experience such amazing trips due to financial, health and geographical reasons. Your videos are my escape from this weird world we live in nowadays. God bless you RFB
Once again Thank you we look forward to all your off road videos! You bring much Joy to our hearts since we are un-able do to age and "what-not" to get out. That music was sooooo fitting for the bozos. What a Beautiful World" God has created for us!!!! God Bless you you are in our prayers always "Brother"
Low-ride in a 4x4, as needed is excellent for those areas as Richie knows, and in the city staying in first gear in an automatic transmission on a vehicle with front-wheel is good also for traction in moderate snow, especially going up a hill.
I did Imogene last year on a dual sport motorcycle loaded with camping gear. I had done it before from Telluride to Ouray, but the reverse is much tougher. It was dry or I wouldn't have attempted it. On a bike there are so many places where you need momentum added to the limited traction that one tire can find. Thanks for the video!
Brother I am speechless!!! Thank you, awesome filming!!! 🇺🇸 God bless America and you!!! 🌈☝️✝️☝️🌈 When I went up Pikes Peak on the cog railroad in Colorado springs I couldn’t breathe!!!
Absolutely awesome footage,I for 1 want to say thank you for all you do for people like me that can't get out physically anymore, had a rough round with cancer ,so no more outdoor sports,off-road etc..i did alot, you have my full respect for doing what you do,I watch all of your vids,BADASS,THANKS AGAIN RICHIE,lookin forward to part 2👍💯🇺🇸
Oh hell no! Do I have to sit through this and watch your hair raising adventure again over these cliffhangers? I think you just love having me dig my fingernails into the side of my recliner chair watching your videos gritting my teeth the whole time, and hoping something dreadful never occurs. It's like you're telling me hang on Dorothy this is no picnic and this ain't Kansas! Love you, Richie. Thanks for sharing ❤️!
Thank you for this video! My wife and I are heading to Ouray in June and Imogene is on the list. Thank you for all the insight and trail etiquette. We need more of this to sink down into peoples skulls. Thanks again!
I ran Imogene last year and it's amazing !! Your videos of this run are the best ever !! I will be running Imogene and lots of trails in this area in 2 weeks. I know the rules of the road and will be loaded for bear running these awesome trails !!
Imogene Pass is on my list for 2022. I have a pretty much stock Wrangler but I'm an experienced off-roader since 1973, Awesome video. Most likly I will start at Ouray
"whoever is going up has the right of way".. good to know thanks.. i am planning a 6 month overland adventure across the states and i need all the knowledge i can get.. god bless
Awsome bro like a breathe of fresh air so much beauty I get to see through your eyes God bless you always.🙏🙏💪💪💪💞🤗 until next time keep on keeping on brother Ritchie🙋
I can't BELIEVE the crazy things you do...LOL. YOU GOT BALLZ!!! It's really cool n I enjoy your videos a lot! You're a REAL man Ritchie! I'm a 49 yr old woman and I LOVE doing things outdoors. I miss 4 wheeling n camping out. 🏕 You sure know what your doing, you're very smart.
Great video. In ~ September 1997 my wife and I drove our stock 1994 Mitsubishi Montero LS from Ouray to Telluride. After seeing this I feel like I should have been better prepared and have better tires. We had no issues and didn't obstruct other traffic. I'd really love to make the trip again.
Great video! My second time on Imogene, it was bright and sunny at the bottom, started raining at the falls which turned to sleet, and finally turning to snow near the summit. Half of the summit was snow and the other half where the Telluride decent is was sunny. Craziest mountain weather ever!!
Excellent video , filming and editing Richie ...wow what a trail ...thank you so much for taking me with you ....just Fantastic ..much love from Kat in Australia
I thank you so much for doing this because i cant do that anymore and i am a mountaingirl (61 years old) your videos aleays amaze me i love them. God bless you (i missed this part now i will watch the new one)
You know I was having a real bad day, and I seen the notification pop up for this video. Made things a little better I took my mind off what was going on thank you Richie for what you do
Wow, that Jeep almost took you out. A few seconds earlier and you would have went down with that red jeep. Dag gone it man.....that pissed me off. LOL My points of interest and there are so many. 1) Red Jeep rolling. WOW.. 2) The cave? 3) The Pikas 4)Valley views and waterfall number 2 5) Operator errors clip 6) Snow shots with the hummers force and 7) Learning the rules of hand signs for trail etiquette. Awesome! Thanks. Great video. I CHECKED IT OOOUUUTTT!
Thanks this will be my girst time doing Imogene on Sunday. Now I know what I'll be getting into and feel very confident in my still stock 20 gladiator rubicon.
Drove our brand new 1972 Scout II over this pass on Aug 2, 2973. Hasn’t changed that much except there was a lot more snow on the este side. We made first tracks after a bulldozer had cut a path across that steep traverse. That was quite a ride!
Great video man! Absolutely beautiful! Not to rain on the parade… but, before you take this trail… you MUST have the right vehicle; have a high altitude tune; have recovery gear and know how to use it; have bivouac gear, food, water, cold wet weather clothing and shelter. I was snowed in on top on a July 4th weekend! This trail is DANGEROUS! Please be careful friends.
After watching all the 💩news of what’s going on in our country, this is a breath of fresh air.. As always you show us the most spectacular views of America, and your knowledge of four wheeling is nothing short of spectacular. Thanks for making my day better. Stay safe and check your 🥜🥜 brother.
Another EPIC video!! Imogene is one of my favorite trails. Usually do it after Black Bear to make a big loop from 550. IMHO..... side by side SHOULD be banned from ALL the trails in the San Jauns, sorry, most all of them have ABSOLUTELY no respect for anyone but themselves. Anyway.... Love the commentary from the top of the pass. 😂 ROCK ON DUDE!!! 🤘😎 patiently waiting for the next video 😉
I'm planning to hit that trail I'm fair new to this....but I enjoyed how not only you show the trail but take the time to explain trail etiquette, thank you
Nice job brother! I like how you educate all of us on smart ways and what trail we are on and how it came to be... Your videos will be watch well after you have moved on... I watch a lot of trail runners but the education you give all of us is priceless... I just saw you have moved on to a 4 runner... Nice I hope to see more videos from you soon ... be safe 🙏 and thanks for your hard work... The Banks Family 👪
Awesome video, I just found your channel. I’ve been doing this stuff for 30+ yrs. Thank you for pointing out the etiquette. That clueless behavior gets people killed. My wife was new to it and was quick to realize the difference between my friends and I and the majority of others.

Your who I do it for man
I’m local to the area.
The pace of this show is way better, man. Love it!
I’m learning and the start was nothing but issues
OOOOOH Richy , so looked forward to watching ur trip it is movie night for this old lady 👵
Thanks so much be safe and blessings. 🙏🙏
I used to live in Ouray and been over Imogene many times. You did a great job with this video.
Thank you very much!
Thanks, Richie. I appreciate all the time and effort you put into making these for us. Your videos give me a much needed break, Shalom
My pleasure!

That was Fun!! Love to you Richie. Always ,the Best I've seen
Thankyou so very much for everything you do so we can see these out of the way places. I for one enjoy every bit of it.
Very nice RFB, absolutely beautiful! Colorado is a gorgeous state. Thank you for taking us along, you're great at getting it on film for sure!
THEN YOU WILL DO IT NO PROB

Thank you. I was just in Ouray and stayed in Ridgeway state park. Hiked bridal veil falls. What a rush. Your trip was epic. Much love stay safe.
oh its not over Poughkeepsie Gulch is in editing now. its so beautiful itscrazy
Yeah, your The Man Richie... I so enjoy these excursions. Thanks.
You are the only channel I watch on full screen. Thank you for the ride. ❤
I appreciate it
Hey Big Guy. Prayers ongoing for you.
Love ya, 🙏
Thank you so much for sharing. Love the waterfall footage. Just beautiful. Stay safe Richie. God Bless.
Incredible. This has to be my favourite video yet Richie. Cheers!
This is such a treasure! Thank you so much, Richie. That summit!!!💚
This is amazing.....Richie, you remind me of a little kid who runs and jumps in the puddle after the rain.
My red heart went away when I corrected the spelling of a word......
I love the the way you film these videos. They're like mini documentaries😃😎
After watching all the 💩news of what’s going on in our country, this is a breath of fresh air.. As always you show us the most spectacular views of America, and your knowledge of four wheeling is nothing short of spectacular. Thanks for making my day better. Stay safe and check your 🥜🥜 brother.
I've been on this trail a few times. Vehicles backing up in a whiteout makes me shiver. It's a long ways down.
Yep! Thank You - I'll never get there to experience it, so its important to me !!!! Again, ✔
ROCK ON DUDE!!! 🤘😎
patiently waiting for the next video 😉
I love this video for the fact that you bringing along your mountain bike, which I intend to do when I go on my overlanding trips.
I'm planning to hit that trail I'm fair new to this....but I enjoyed how not only you show the trail but take the time to explain trail etiquette, thank you
Thank you, it was amazing. The camera work is great . I love the historical tidbits. I am so grateful for all you do. Keep the faith. Love you.
That's a Helluva ride you had from Ouray, Richie!😳 Thanx to "ignant" ppl😱!
Keep on truckin' & doin' what you do BEST...BEING YEW❣😇🙏!
You really are excellent in the way in which you capture the experience through the video techniques you use. I appreciate the ride along.
Love your adventures man, I enjoy sitting down with a good cup of coffee and just chillaxing and watching the show.
Glad to hear it
"It takes a certain type of person to drive a Land Rover" LOL, love it.
Nice job brother! I like how you educate all of us on smart ways and what trail we are on and how it came to be... Your videos will be watch well after you have moved on... I watch a lot of trail runners but the education you give all of us is priceless... I just saw you have moved on to a 4 runner... Nice I hope to see more videos from you soon
... be safe 🙏 and thanks for your hard work...
