Thanks for the overwhelming positive response on this. I am so glad people are enjoying it so much!
Because of some major annoyances in the master of this song I have decided to re-upload it to the stores and Spotify with the fixes. I am gonna lose quite alot of streams from this, but you guys deserve the best product I can deliever. It should be back up again in a day or two. This is also done to two other covers as well.

If you don't mind my asking, what exactly didn't like about your original mastering of the song? As a sound engineer and producer myself, I'm quite curious to know!
Cool that you ask! Well, the main point for me was that I pushed the gain in the master to hard. The gain reduction killed to much of the transients, and certain other elements along with it (for example the staccato violins). This mostly applies to the kick and snare, but everything felt to strained for me. So PROBABLY most people won't even notice the difference :)
Important side note that this is to some degree a matter of preferance as well as the massive sound you get from pushing the master abit appeal to many, but I would rather my mixes/masters breathe abit more than they did.
I learn something every day, and I can't keep going back on stuff. But I wanted at least everything from when I started releasing monthly (since the Skyrim cover) to be consistent in qulity. Don't worry though, I don't think this will be done to any future covers.

The songs you make covers of probably has hundreds of other covers on youtube. None of them shines like the ones you do. Its not "replaying the same stuff with guitar" it has a touch of a musician.

Fantastic arrangement and I absolutely love your musical touch. I especially love the rhythmic approach to the verse. Brilliant voice, I honestly can't fault this production.

That's great to hear! The verse took a tremendous amount of time to make actually. Had like 4-5 different variations before I ended up on the one you hear in the song.

This, without doubt, is the BEST version of "The Rains of Castamere" I have SEEN on the TH-cam. Probably the Internet as well!
I'm not saying this because of the metalcore/metal style, but because of the energy and what I assume to be high baritone/tenor vocals. I don't like the boring bass-baritone versions of this song- it slow, boring, and lacking of energy.
When I imagine this song, I imagine Ser Roger Reyne yelling at Tywin Lannister saying:
"And WHO are YOU",

It has an air of defiance which is missing in the other TH-cam versions. This song is about defiance and stubborness, and the consequences of what happened. You hit the nail on the head, great job! :)

Your covers are such high quality and you truly have the mind of a musician to create such amazing renditions of well known themes. If I may suggest a possible cover, I think you could pull off an AMAZING version of "Nuclear" from the Metal Gear Solid V soundtrack. Your artistic style would mesh really with that song. Regardless, I'm subbed now and I'm super psyched to see what else you put out. Your screaming part gives me goose bumps (folk metaler here) so the comparison of your voice in that part is allot similar to Petri Limdroos vocals. Really quite liked it. Excellent as ever. Toss up between this and Lullaby of Woe as my favorite cover of yours lol.

Good to hear the scream part hit the spot. Was actually abit sceptical since I prefer to keep the melody of the original. But since there is only one verse I thought some variation was in order :)
Skar Productions oh no, you hit it dead on the nail head with deciding to go with the growling/screaming vocals right there in the middle as well as the other spots. Added dynamic as the songs meaning really is actually dark and aggressive. I love vocalists that are able to combine both clean and growl vocals in the right spots instead of using the same time throughout a song. It makes it far more deeper that way.
