When my son was little , I would do a 24 days to Christmas 🎄 giving him a gift each morning after he got ready for school,brushed his teeth etc. could be a school supply , candy, small Christmas diy craft etc. on 24th it may be something a little bigger . Wrapping each gift and putting a number on each package !
