I feel I've committed a crime not knowing this ride existed until now. Despite looking a bit stiff and lacking that stop-motion energy, it's like a greatest hits showcase of Wallace & Gromit!
I am so glad that there are videos like this. Like 1/30 of my peers know Wallace and Gromit, and seeing videos like this warms my heart. Knowing that the franchise is discontinued, but the fandom isn't is so amazing. Love this video
Actually, I don’t know if it’s discontinued. I think it was just difficult because 1. Peter Sallis was getting old, so it was difficult to get him to long animations. And once he died, they had to get a new voice actor. And 2. Now they have to get Wallace and Gromit back into public light. I think we might be seeing more Wallace and Gromit stuff soon though. They’re reshowing Wallace and Gromit: Musical Marvels, and they rereleased Wallace and Gromit: Grand Adventures (one of the Wallace and Gromit video games).

I feel so bad this was a scary ride lol for me because never been on it and don’t like lound noises nd being in the dark not knowing what’s coming lol 😂
Hi there! We are so sorry we missed this comment earlier. You are more than welcome to use this footage. Please send us the link for the final video, we would love to see it! Thank you - A Couple Of Caballeros
Omg this is beautiful! I love all of these shorts and movies so much, and they're all here! AAAAAAAH! Thank you Blackpool, never been there, but thank you!
The props look great, but need way more animation elements to them for a better experience overall IMO. It's a bit boring just to see what is basically a moving slideshow of sets.
You have to pay for an entrance ticket to Blackpool Pleasure Beach and then you can ride as many times as you like 😊 Thanks for your comment & thanks for watching!
I was today years old when I found out that a Wallace & Gromit rides exists.

4:17 Ha, one final jumpscare for those wondering where the Were-Rabbit was during the ride.
What an absolute banger move to add a freaking Warerabbit jumpscare at the end for no reason
As someone who has ptsd, I did not enjoy that
Looks like a cheesy but fun experience.
Heh, Cheesy.
Winslidale!!!
badum chhh
@@Paper-dustI see what you did there
Has anyone else been on the ride and spotted the Mrs Tweedy’s chicken pies sign?
I have, ever since I first learned what this was.

This is what it would look like if Wallace's life was flashing before his eyes

I know. I love aardman's movies but chicken run and WereRabbit were classics.
I ought to go on this ride if I ever visit England
Greetings! May I use this footage in a video I'm making about jumpscares on rides? I will give your channel full credit.

Kinda disappointed. Just recreations of scenes from the shorts 😔
The set production is really admirable ❤
That ride is based on all Wallace and Gromit films.
Omg this is beautiful! I love all of these shorts and movies so much, and they're all here! AAAAAAAH! Thank you Blackpool, never been there, but thank you!
This looks like one hell of a nostalgia trip.
There's gotta be a new movie of Wallace and Gromit?
WOW! looks a amazing you ride🎉
It's good, but nobody can Recreate peter salis voice
Howd they make a Wallace and Gromit ride so boring?
I sent you a comment explaining why, but it got removed due to "hate speech". I assume because I said it was dark. TH-cam is broken
The sections that are in the dark are actually small drops, it has thrill elements
I love this ride
The props look great, but need way more animation elements to them for a better experience overall IMO. It's a bit boring just to see what is basically a moving slideshow of sets.
i love wallace and gromit. l love nick Parker's work. i wish Wallace could come to America.
3:16 AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! IT'S VICTOR QUARTERMAINE!!!!!!
The ride look awesome!
ive been on the ride, what an amazing ride
It’s the old coal miner ride they turned it into the Wallace and Gromit ride
Yeah, given the apparently mostly random order of the scenes I figured it was probably a conversion
We're is it located?
LunaThePurpleDragon it’s at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. The ride is near to the Infusion Rollercoaster. Thanks for your comment and thanks for watching!
@@ACoupleOfCaballeros thanks

The statues look great, but the planning of the ride was extremely poor
