Very nice explanation Ma'am...but I have a doubt...do IEE Cells differentiate first into ameloblasts and then stimulate dental papilla to differentiate into odontoblasts or the other way around....Dentin formed first then IEE cells differentiating later into ameloblasts to form enamel??
IEE cells differentiate earlier and stimulate differentiation of dental papilla cells into odontoblasts. However, dentin formation begins earlier which stimulates the enamel matrix formation.
