@@Michael-be9gu it's been kinda rough at first the person I bought the truck from sold it because the fuel composition sensor was bad. So he disconnected the battery so the check engine light wouldn't pop up for a drive cycle and sold it to me and didn't tell me. It was a $1200 fix. A little later the ac compressor went bad $900. I need to replace the front wheel hub assembly and the passenger door need new hinges. Its also got a slight oil leak from the oil pan gasket but all s10s will have that problem eventually. Other then that it running fine its a 4 cylinder so don't expect it to have alot of power but it a good point A to point B truck.

In Canada, I would challenge you to a fist fight to find an S10 in that condition. They don't exist anymore because of rust, rot and neglect.

This generation (but facelifted) are very common in South America, most of them are double cab, and with a 2.4 140hp gasoline engine or a 2.8 Turbodiesel 4 cylinder with 132 or 140hp after the 2006 models, the S-10 of this generation was produced until 2012 here.

Nice vid! I’m thinking about buying a 2002 s10 with 150,000 miles. What do you think?

Personally i would not advise an S10 with high mileage. unless you know the person and know that the truck was well taken care of, otherwise they usually have issues with those miles.
