Great show! I also have a Bright for War knife. Josh's wrapping is amazing! Oh yeah, give paracord another chance. You have to get it very tight. I've got some not epoxied that don't move. 👍

Great looking wraps on all of your choices! A secure grip is essential. Jute is so easy to do and looks great!

Great show! I EDC an Obake inverted on the left side of the suspenders of my Blackhawk belt. I invert bigger knives on the right hand side as well. I mostly use the bigger ones to chop limbs out of my way on the trails I have on my place. I was talking with an officer awhile back and he kept checking them out and asked me why I have them. Before I said anything I whipped out the Obake and the look on his face still makes me laugh a little when I think about it lol. I told him it was one of the most useful blades I've ever had and that I used it all the time for all kinds of things. I could tell I was making him nervous so I put it up and left it at that. A few days later I was talking to someone else he had talked to and he brought it up in their conversation. She just told him that's just how he is and left it at that. I hadn't intended on scaring him, I just thought he might like to see it.
I'd like to know what kind of epoxy CRKT uses. I've had that blade for years and it's seen a lot of use and besides being slightly faded the wrapping is like new so it's extremely durable. I'd like having something like the Obake in 3V with a 6 or 7 inch blade with the same kind of wrapping on the handle for the other knife on my suspenders. It would be a very versatile combination. I like what you did with your Roachbelly. I have one myself but I don't much care for the steel they use. I have other knives in that steel as well and just use them for spares in my bugout bags and survival kits since they are so budget friendly.
You should make a video on how you wrap your handles with jute and the best way to apply the coating. I'd hate wrapping one of my knives and have the handle remain sticky. I don't like paracord wrapped knives either. It always ends up coming loose and looks like something you'd buy at the gas station.
