I know! It makes me feel better knowing they are "real people" and not bots :). I just started doing tournaments again after a long break. I'm waiting for the DAO resolution to eventually pass and redistribute that sweet sweet Alpha SPS back to the other tournaments but looks like I'll be waiting a while longer based on the arguing still happening in that thread lol. Thanks for the reply!
I feel ya buddy! Was hard for me to even keep up with the teams he was putting together lol. Had to put on my glasses and that made me feel EXTRA old! Thanks for the comment my fellow Canuck!
I don't think there is anything "to control". These are real people entering teams, not bots! We've just gotta get to their level :) I actually feel a lot better knowing they are humans that are destroying me and not bots. Gives me hope that I too can get there one day! Thanks for the comment, good luck in the new season!
Account currently playing in modern bronze ding3261 is a consolidated bot farm account because you can just change the number and see the hundreds of accounts using that naming system that are no longer playing. ding3259, ding3258, etc. and look at the number of battles. So is that person playing fair in modern? I doubt it.
Yes the "Ding" accounts have always been "questionable", and the team should continue to do all it can to mitigate botting in all it's forms. I was just astounded that real, human players can look like a bot, quack like a bot... but not BE a bot! That's not saying they aren't out there, just that perhaps they are fewer than we think. Thank you for the comment!
A lot of former bot accounts were sold for $1 - $2 each when bot farms left. It is possible these accounts can be players multi-accounting themselves, or scholar networks. Not refuting your claim directly, just pointing out - it is not clear based on account name / numbering alone. Further investigation is required.
One day I hope to get there too! Maybe it will cut down on the amount of time it takes me to enter into tournaments. Since I'm an old man I get to use the expression: "I am slower than molasses in January" lol. Thanks for the comment!
There is clearly some shady stuff in tournament for a long time now but creating a team in 20-30 second is not hard. Some people overthink each ruleset and try to optimize like crazy, others goes with their usual "best in slot" play they have for each color. At one point when I was still doing my 24 games daily, you get so bored of doing these that you learn like 10 best in slot combo that you use all the time and that normally gives you good win rate so it's pretty easy to fill these up quickly when you play the same cards all the time, you just know them by hearth and fill your team without thinking that much as you know exactly what you need to play for each rulesets IMO. Add to that those using tools like baron toolset help them find the cards they want 10x faster then the stupid current UI that we have that everyone told the team was needing better filter system and better UI but yet, they never added such features out of their lack of people in the team to deliver stuff in a timely manner
I absolutely agree with you... now. ;) Took me until just the other day to realize how fast some people can enter their teams while also maintaining proficiency. As a "slow" player who "still needs to think" about my teams, it never occurred to me that some people are just that fast! Now I have seen the light. We've got pros amongst us and we're just living in their world. Thank you for the comment!
@@thepsilence again I don't think that's the kind of metric that can help you catch bots or cheater sadly but I still agree with you as I said earlier that there is for sure some fishy stuff happening all the time both in tournament and in modern while knowing it's impossible to get rid of bot at 100%. That said that mean that there will always be 2 things in the corner of my mind when playing: 1-Do I need to gid gud and practice more, and do more theory crafting on my builds to win more 2-It's useless to even try since there is for sure still a lot of bot + all the good players got sent back down between bronze and gold since the SPS staking requirement so I'm better not waste my time there since even with 10k$+ worth of cards, I still can't get a better rate then 40% win rate which is not enough to progress in the game. I chose the option 2 and simply stop playing the card game all together a few months ago and bought an Xbot token and let my bot in wild earn me some small rewards until land came in and stole 80% of my best cards leaving me with a trash deck then I simply sold back my Xbot token and stop playing all along. The team really need to deliver content and they need to do it quick
@@Elistios I actually rent the SPS I need and it's not so bad at 0.003. Ironically, I have a deal with THEBADWITCH and rent my SPS from him personally for full seasons at a time. I am in Option 1 and try to Gid Gud so that I can be more competitive. Past 2x seasons I have been able to LB diamond modern and earn enough DEC to cover my SPS rentals so it hasn't been too bad for me. I am primarily a Modern player until the last 2 days or so then I also turn on a bot to play in wild and try to jam tournaments instead to get my SPL fix. I invest around 1hr+ daily and have seen my skills improve lately since Untamed has rotated out. There are a few RB cards that are absolutely essential, especially the Weapon Trainers. Get those and you have a much higher win chance IMHO. Especially Daarg, he's a beast if you can combine him with Smith in front and Merdali Guardian in back. Hope you have more success this next season! Thanks for the comment!
Thanks my man! I appreciate it :) I'm just a small time former SplinterlandsTV streamer trying to make my way with the big fish lol. Your support means a lot to me! Cheers!
It's crazy that they can select teams that fast! I saw you in a tourney or 2 today...good luck! Trashpanda5438 here

Cool, but seriously, what’s the hurry in turning in teams
Just showing that it's possible, and not necessarily a bot! Thanks for the comment!
Definitely liked the video. I was same as you when I looked at the times, surely thought it was a bot.
I feel ur pain dude. But how do u control this ? is it even possible ?
It was done realtime bro. I can do it to easily

@@thepsilence possible a lot of them played with battle helpers a lot and now just learned how to automatically choose the best line up fast.
@@yellow6100bro we dont use battle helper. It is expensive. We gain it through experience doing multiple accounts playing everyday
