If you want some real feedback on how to improve your videos - lose the music. You are not a native English speaker and you have a very strong African accent and with the music it is terrible. Also try and speak slower and clearer.
Thanks for the video tutorial, I learned a lot! Very good to have it divided into chapters - easier to come back to and find a specific topic. For a future video: I'm not sure if you have made a video/tutorial on a mix use building with offices or shops on the ground floor and habitation/living quarters on the upper floors, maybe 3-4 stories high in total? I think that could present some nice Archicad challenges and design possibilities, as well as be useful in many places around the world - urban as well as rural. I think it would be easier to follow the tutorial if you don't have any background music, but that's only my opinion of course. Keep up the good work!
