    Are there colleges with payment plans too? I mean colleges where you can study co-op programs with payment plans?

    Please I need your honest opinion. I am trying to do my 1yr Masters at Memorial, the total tuition is relatively cheap ($6,500). One can pay in 9 installments, thing is I have funds for whole processing , including POF and first tuition installment. The plan is to work and pay the rest of my tuition, now I’m stuck trying to figure if it’s realistic or not. Do students really make enough to pay rent and tutor or it’s all lies?

      Hi
      Congratulations on your admission.
      I understand what you mean but if I am being sincere, you might not be able to pay your tuition with the job, but you can survive with the mini jobs you get.
      Then it also depends on your city, your rent, upkeep.
      But since you can pay in installments, then you can definitely survive with the mini jobs.
      Most mini jobs pay from 1000-1200-1500 monthly and your rent might be 500-900 and then food and upkeep might take 400-500 which is just enough for living but if you want to add tuition, you’ll need to do more than one job.
      But in another sense, yes with the installment payments, you’ll definitely survive with the mini job and that’s if you get in time.

    Please I keep seeing "your deposit goes towards your tuition for the first year" what does this mean?
    For instance, if my full 1 year tuition is $1000 and I'm required to pay 200 initial confirmation deposit (non-refundable), does this mean that the the tuition left to pay is $800? Or the confirmation deposit is just a fee on its own and I'm still to pay $1000 as my full tuition even after paying the $200 confirmation deposit? Thank you and God bless!

    Pls what happens when you are unable to pay the tuition fees by the due date, Are there other options like paying in installments

    • @adeolaakinyemiju9792
      @adeolaakinyemiju9792  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi
      For example,Wilfrid Laurier University, A late fee of 1.25% will apply if you have not paid by the installment due date.
      Basically you start incurring interest meaning more money to be paid

    Uhhhm please how do you pay your fees.....is it through the bank rate or you use black market rate because a friend of mine told me it's meant to be bank rate that the school will give you an account to pay the money into

    • @adeolaakinyemiju9792
      @adeolaakinyemiju9792  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi,
      It doesn’t matter what rate you use, the major rate is the schools rate and now the rate is the same in Nigeria I presume so you can get your black market and take it to the bank and pay and you can also use the banks rate straight.
      But the major thing is having the schools account number and paying your tuition and them getting it .

    What are the odds of getting a job and supporting yourself enough to help with your tuition

    • @adeolaakinyemiju9792
      @adeolaakinyemiju9792  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, you can get a job to sustain your lifestyle (rent, feeding,transportation and other expenses) but it will definitely not pay your tuition if your tuition is on the high side.
      Students are allowed to work 40hrs per week but it is not feasible because it means your school will suffer and it will affect you in the long run when applying for post graduate work permit and PR because when you are supposed to be in class for 6-7 hours you are only doing 2/3 hours, it will reflect in your transcript that you only did one exam instead of 4 in a semester and that’s how they’ll know.
      Another thing that can help is if you are exceptionally good in your studies and can do all your coursework and work at the same time then no problem, but eventually your body will tell
      Something must sha give if you understand what I mean
      Either school , work or health
