Out look has regardlessly keept in mind all small details one would wish for. I would appreciate if we could add one more feature as in messenger or a dialogue box instead of email over flowing with short message. Excellent!!!!!

Tip 20 is fantastic & would come in very handy in my job role. How can I use this in a situation where I support several calendars in multiple timezones. When I try to use this it reverts to my default timezone & therefore the exec's free time shows incorrectly.

the carrier saver made my day, i often use the keyboard shortcut to send mails but sometimes i hit it by mistake and i send a lot of mail contaning "hey (name-of-the-person)," 😂

I want to send them all (130 students) an email. How do I do that out of MS Teams? THank you for your time!
@@MikeTholfsen Yes, you right. I don't have an outlook group. I have them in the "Students" team. So, there is no integration of Outlook into Teams, then, right?
@@elijah8808 every team in teams has a mail address, as m365 creates a group or every team in sharepoint. go to the 3 dots in the upper right corner and chose "get email address" and it will create one for u. 👋🏻😊

Great! Love the ability to skip forward to different chapters and skip backward to review chapters. As a die-hard legacy outlook user (2010) I have avoided ALL newer versions of Outlook due to 'Form over Function" focus and the white-on-white no-contrast frustration (The Steve Jobs effect). My IT administrator has been patching me forward to keep 2010 functional, but soon I will be forced to resort to the new kindergarten aesthetics of 2021. Can you please let me know if there is a way to restore 2010 smart aesthetics to the 2021 version (without resorting to DOS mode AKA Black mode)? Would really appreciate your help Mike

Do you need A3 for insights?
You can use Ctrl+S to Screenshot at anytime. Don't necessarily need to use this tool from Outlook. Just a tip. :)

If you created an Outlook Group based on the team then you could do that.
