Thank you for uploading. Seems interesting. I do this in Blender directly. Every vertex has coordinates and with Global/Local it is very easy to set exact positions.
1. You can change the Units in Blender to imperial.
2. If you use Metric it is possible to enter ft in the textboxes. For example a box is Y = 10 you can enter in the textbox 10 m + 2 ft and the box will be Y = 10.6096 m.
3. You can set the Geoposition of your scenery in Blender. So it is possible to get the Geoposition of your objects in the Blender scenery very easy.
4. You can use GIS in Blender (free) and download Bing, Google Maps and Sat-Images with Geoposition.
