Oh, this is so helpful for my big toes, which had almost turned to stone ... slowly they return to life, from the ground up, especially with lessons 1, 3 and now this 5. Ten thousand blessings on you, you dear and most excellent teacher man. See you in the next lesson xxx
I've had a "neuroma" in my left foot that would periodically become irritated. Doing other lessons often felt relaxing for my feet, but this lesson reorganized how my calf bones connect with my knee. I hope that this functional change will prevent the irritation.
Dear dear One,,,, I am always so impressed with such a Joy and Lightness you guide these fantastic sessions! So helpful! I love you dear! bIG BIG THANK YOU!! 🤩💙😀
Great movements, improvements in my body as well, and last but not least movements in my diaphragm and face muscles caused by the power of your humour, which I find so entertaining, thanx Alfons from Germany and hope you´re fine out there !!
Funny your metaphors of bleeding legs and soft kitty cat 😂. I especially love your metaphor of rolling the legs like water bottles( to loosen up). It's better than the rolling pin one.
Thanks for this interesting lesson and series. Alfons. Definitely an improvement in the toes, though my 72 year old knees do not bend anything like enough for my heel to sit under my pelvis. My feet, ankles, calves and knees feel much more alive. I'm impressed that I was able to attempt this without injuring myself. The baby chicken approach helped me to not overdo it!
I did Up1,2,4 for 7 days now just added Up5 today - I think it will take me busy for a whole month to work through this whole series with ease, joy and upgraded movement in my joints ( also had a sweatty outbreak with this fast workout, my physical shape is even worse than those of others suffering long lockdowns :) )
Good spirits! So am I. I haven’t done these movements myself for well over a decade (and before the only time I did them was when I was a toddler I guess) . I’m thoroughly surprised how long it takes to get those lost movements back. I’m not only practicing but trying to work over my entire way of living, so I can integrate the movements in my life and not lose them again. Thank you for your feedback, and yes: ease and joy to you!
Do you have anything to recommend that truly relaxes a chronically tense pelvic floor? I get some temporary relief from various hip lessons but i feel like i’m tackling it the wrong way😁 love your work btw
Sorry I can’t say because I don’t know your situation. However, I’m available for Skype sessions, look up my email on my homepage please. Stay safe and all the best!

what a great presentation style you have! ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you Alfons! A new and challenging position and movement for me. This lessened the pain on my right front shin.

pelvic floor and transverse abdominus work together. you could research some somatic exercises to loosen them
