Holy Moly I left my beloved Manchester 10 years ago for a quiet life in the West of Ireland, looks like I made a sensible decision , Sitting in Picadilly Gardens watching the world go by surrounded by Pigeons and mainly people just going about their day was delightful back then , look what 10:years has done to a lovely city.
What so when you was sitting in Picadilly Gdns back then, around the corner there was nothing going on? Even with that, there must be at least 2 of the above in conjunction with each other to actively identify an individual. Filming in public places, has never fallen under GDPR. I'm interested as to why you think it would?

@derekburrows783 not at all, there is no expectation of privacy in public places. That is why news crews, TV shows etc can film in the streets without blurring those out in the background. Conventional media are monetised too, just in a different way and they have no issues filming in public. The rules apply equally to everyone
