    Riccardo, this is fantastic. I REALLY love the Business OS framework and the sub OS's that go into that. Sounds like onboarding is really key to start getting quick wins. How do you typically assess a company's needs to know what systems to create and what to start with? And then, do you charge per automation? Per category/group of automations, like charge for a complete Delivery OS? And how do you quantify the value for your clients when creating these systems?

      Regarding the first question about assessing company needs - I have a video coming up showcasing 6 frameworks that I use for that
      Regarding charging I either work on a per project basis of work on a more customized OS system based on what the company needs
      Value is typically measured in time saved / productivity unlocked per employee
      Hope this can answer part of your questions!

      Dalla tua esperienza cosa mi consiglieresti di offrire più specificamente (se sei a conoscenza di qualche problema specifico che agenzie hanno in generale riguardo a carenze di automatizzazione).
      E per curiositá, che entrate fai più o meno con questo business model al mese? Se non ti va di rispondere non fa niente, grazie comunque per i consigli :D

    Airtable is great but has very low limits for rows per table.

    What's the usual cost of systems to run per month? (software costs)

      @@swapnilpanigrahi7114 really depends on the number of clients that you have. I’d say from 40 to 200 $ per month but that’s quite variable

      @@riccardovandra how do you charge monthly retainers? If the workflows are on clients’ accounts, they can switch to other AIAA to maintain monthly.

      Wouldn't it really make sense for a business to pay just to have their automations running.
      What you can have is a maintenance fee after the automations are created
