Nice one for your honesty. Hot Club were boss. Good to see a global reach of their influence. Many cool bands in Liverpool at that time but me and all my mates agreed Hot Club were the best. Shame there wasn't even more of a reach but I guess, a lot of the time, even great bands like Hot Club need consistency over the multiple albums eventually followed by a sell-out album to finally hit a wider audience. When I say that I'm thinking of bands like Modest Mouse and Flaming Lips who did basically that.
