Yes, we should tolerate things up to a certain limit only and then make things clear. It is always good to express ourselves in front of others because expressing ourselves will not only put our views in front of others with clarity but will also make it known what your boundaries are.
If youndo not communicate your boundaries, then people will definitely cross them.

Hmmm, it's interesting. Very good. It's difficult to do this with a parent who is a narcissist (there's many kinds of those characteristics involved) and uses a lot of manipulation, treating you as a stranger and sees no wrong in it. No love felt on that side. Infact, I don't know who that is, but what keeps me is the Love of God and my Husband. The individual has rejected their role as a parent. My hope is truly in the Lord. I've tried for years. This year, I know for the sake of peace, God is fighting for me in Jesus' name because I know what speaking your mind does to such individuals. It's a place where you'll be making matters worse. I would never wish this kind of suffering on any other person. Thankfully, God has opened up marvellous doors for a graceful escape over the next few months. And I will keep the stature of Priesthood in prayer and with groaning with My God. 🙏🏾🙏🏾❤ Amen
